Welcome new students!
Graduate students Jeb Stacy and Shiva Davari have joined the lab, along with undergraduates Kaleb Dodson, William Johnson, Becca McCann, Alejandro Mercado, Syris Norelli, Keenan Staggs, and Reza Taghavi working on projects ranging from nanofabrication to lab electronics. Welcome!
New lab under construction!
The Churchill Lab is a new research group in the physics department at the University of Arkansas. We will fabricate and measure quantum devices: nanoscale electronic and optoelectronic devices with properties that are enabled or augmented by quantum effects. Starting out, we will focus on devices using atomically thin 2D materials including transition metal dichalcogenides, graphene, and hexagonal boron nitride. Contact Hugh Churchill for more information or to join us!
